The only way I can play on monitor is if I set 1920x1080 resolution, but I have a 4k resolution and any other resolution higher than 1920x1080 is drawn outside the screen as the issue described. There must be something with the game having problem when there is more than one screen. I agree with this other comment about the additional screens and I do believe is related to this because I have a Virtual Reality HMD (Vive Pro) and I can play the game correctly with real 3D depth using VorpX but I cannot play this on a normal 2d monitor screen because this issue appears.
